TLM Consulting Ltd is a New Zealand joint venture consulting engineering company comprising
Tesla Consultants, LineTech Consulting and Mitton Electronet Consulting.

About TLM
TLM was formed to provide multidisciplinary electric power engineering services to Transpower, National Grid.
These services range from routine design and project management through to specialist services offered by the individual companies,
 such as Tesla for protection, LineTech for transmission lines and Mitton ElectroNet for earthing/EMF.

TLM is limited liability company governed by a joint venture agreement and presided over by three directors:
Richard Moore of Tesla, Wal Marshall of LineTech and Stephen Jay of Mitton ElectroNet .
